Olanakwe (oh - LA - näk –way) is the word for “children” in Hadzane, the language of the Hadzabe people.

We are a mutual aid organization supporting community-based educational programs and economic development projects that directly benefit Indigenous Hadzabe hunter-gatherers of Tanzania, East Africa.

Ujumbe wetu ni kuisaidia jamii msingi wa mpango wa kielimu katika mradi wa kiuchumi na wakimaendeleo unaonufaisha moja kwa moja jamii ya kihadzabe yani wawindaji na wakusanya matunda ndani ya Tanzania, Africa mashariki.

Children’s Primary School Education

& Cultural Preservation

Help us with: (1) access to basic school supplies, (2) safe transportation to and from school, (3) access to soccer supplies, to address exclusion, and (4) funding for Hadza cultural preservation

Economic Empowerment of

Hadza Women

Support Hadzabe economic self-empowerment by supporting (1) the community-led craft collective and (2) women's training in basic financial literacy. Both efforts are led by Hadza women.
